Refund Policy

1. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital goods and agency services (such as development, SEO, and automation), our services inherently involve non-recoverable labor hours. Therefore, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom agreement, services provided by MetroHyp Digital are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.
3. Monthly Retainers
For recurring services (like hosting or ongoing SEO), you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Disputed Deliverables
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we ask that you communicate this directly with our team during the revision phases. We are committed to achieving your satisfaction through revisions as agreed upon in the project scope.
