Poor quality of service: If the delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or is of poor quality.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after the refund request has been approved.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Refund Amounts

The refund amount will be the full or partial amount of the task payment, depending on the circumstances.

Exceptions

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

Tasks that have been completed and delivered as agreed upon.

Tasks that have been cancelled by the freelancer.
