1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at metrohyp.com or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
2. Services Scope
MetroHyp Digital provides digital growth services including automation, SEO, web development, social media management, hosting, and cybersecurity. Specific deliverables are outlined in individual project proposals or Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of MetroHyp Digital and its licensors. Upon payment in full, clients receive necessary licenses to use deliverables created specifically for them.
4. Payment Terms
Unless negotiated otherwise, all custom projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Recurring services (hosting, SEO retainers) are billed on a subscription basis. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MetroHyp Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
